Shipping
We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per destination zone, shown at checkout before you pay. You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Customs, duties and import taxes (deliveries outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, the price you pay to us does not include import duties, import VAT or customs clearance fees. Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis: you are the importer of record, and the customs authority of the destination country will charge any applicable duties and import taxes.
These charges are collected from you by the carrier on or before delivery, are set by your country’s customs — not by Cat Motion — and are not included in your order total. If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, any return shipping and non-refundable customs costs may be deducted from your refund. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering. Deliveries within the EU are not subject to customs charges.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us at info@catmotion.xyz within a reasonable time so we can resolve it with the carrier.
Returns and withdrawal
Consumers may exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal (see Terms of Sale). To start a return, contact info@catmotion.xyz. Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund using your original payment method within the legal term.
