Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of products by Cat Motion (ELimpia S.r.l.) through catmotion.xyz. Please read them before ordering. Full terms are pending legal review.
1. Products and prices
Prices are shown in euro, VAT excluded. The applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your country and VAT status: Italian VAT for Italy, reverse charge (0%) for businesses with a valid EU VAT number, and VAT-exempt for exports outside the EU. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per destination zone, shown at checkout. Prices may change without affecting orders already placed.
2. Orders and contract
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email after successful payment. We may decline an order in case of error or unavailability, refunding any amount paid.
3. Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe (cards, PayPal, Klarna and bank transfer). Orders paid by bank transfer are reserved until the payment is received.
4. Delivery
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are indicative; see Shipping & Returns. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes are payable by you to the destination country's customs and are not included in the price (see Shipping & Returns).
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase under EU/Italian law, subject to legal exceptions, by contacting info@catmotion.xyz. We refund within the legal term after the return.
6. Legal guarantee
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) under applicable law.
7. Applicable law
Italian law applies. For consumers, mandatory protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
